Grounded Kids - home grown in Atlanta, Georgia.
Grounded means being fully present - physically, emotionally, and energetically aware. It means your mind is not wandering or pulling your energy elsewhere. It is an act of power to live in the now. When we stay grounded, we do not create chaotic reactions around us. We are open to the grace around us and become instruments of peace. Take a deep breath and let the laughter begin!
This site is for anyone who ever comes into contact with kids (your inner child counts.) Inspired by the children in our lives, we've created a unique program where kids get grounded and laugh about it. We also train classroom teachers to use YogaKids in school and anyone interested in becoming a YogaKids facilitator or trainer. All that and we still find time to teach yoga classes for adults and kids of all ages. We welcome the opportunity to ground your kids so you don't have to. Last year our three offerings were filled beyond capacity and this year we will adhere to a strict 12 child limit per class. Please register early to get the class and day you prefer. We have expanded the offerings to include a 4:30 series every day of the week. So, pick a day, and sign up early to support the program.
