Community Outreach

Our House is a safe haven where a parent can confidently leave her child while she seeks employment and permanent housing. 100 percent of donations from Cheryl's Ha Ha Hot class goes to Our House.

Central Night Shelter is a winter night shelter for approximately 90-100 men, located jointly in the gymnasium of Central Presbyterian Church (capacity of 65-70) and the Church Hall of the Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (capacity of 25-30). The shelter is directed by Katie Bashor, Cheryl and Katie teach yoga to the men on Sunday afternoons.

Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta A trained, caring staff implements proven youth development strategies and creates a stable, supportive environment for children and teens ages six to 18. Specially designed programs concentrate on developing job readiness, study skills, leadership, self-esteem, good health and social responsibility among Boys & Girls Club members Cheryl teaches yoga during Boys and Girls Club events.
